nn99 Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "nn99" / "Platform" / "We" / "Us" refers to the nn99 online gaming platform, operated at nn99.games under an international gaming license.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the nn99 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the nn99 platform, used to access gaming and betting services.
• "Balance" means the total PKR amount held in a Player's nn99 account at any given time, including deposited funds and credited winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account by nn99 under a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before processing withdrawals.
• "Services" refers collectively to all casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, virtual sports, and any other gaming or wagering products available on the nn99 platform.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the primary currency used on the nn99 platform for deposits, withdrawals, and account balances.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the nn99 platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotional activity offered by nn99, you confirm that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the nn99 platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

3. Eligibility

Access to and use of the nn99 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you maintain an active account on nn99.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
3. You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
4. You must not be a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by law and where accessing the nn99 platform would cause nn99 to violate applicable laws or regulations.
5. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of nn99 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
6. You must not be under a self-exclusion order — whether placed through nn99 directly or through any third-party responsible gaming registry to which nn99 is affiliated.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access the full range of nn99 Services, you must register a player account. The following rules apply to account registration and ongoing account management:

• Each individual is permitted to register and maintain one account only. Opening multiple accounts — whether under your own name or using third-party personal details — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani CNIC number, registered mobile number (compatible with JazzCash or EasyPaisa where applicable), and a valid email address.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. nn99 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify nn99 support immediately via live chat or at [email protected].
• nn99 reserves the right to require additional identity documents at any time as part of ongoing KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.
• Account registration is free of charge. nn99 does not charge any fees for creating or maintaining a player account.

Players are responsible for ensuring that all personal information held on their account remains accurate and current. Name changes, mobile number updates, or changes to registered payment methods must be supported by documentation and submitted to the support team for review.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

nn99 supports PKR transactions via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and USDT (TRC20). The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 300. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification level.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. nn99 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be refunded.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to KYC verification being completed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Processing times for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically within minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to a review process. nn99 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where AML checks require it.
• Withdrawals will not be processed until any applicable bonus wagering requirements have been fully met.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

nn99 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of Bonus Funds, which are separate from your real-money balance and subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is stated at the time of the offer. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit.
• Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings generated from Bonus Funds, after wagering requirements are met, are eligible for withdrawal as real money.
• nn99 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's account will remain subject to the terms under which it was issued.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device or IP address.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the nn99 platform. Game-specific rules are displayed within each individual game or betting market:

• All bets are final once confirmed. nn99 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the case of a manifest error (see below).
• Odds displayed on the nn99 sportsbook — including cricket, PSL, football, tennis, and kabaddi markets — are indicative until a bet is confirmed. Odds may change between the time you view them and the time your bet is placed, particularly during live in-play events.
• In the event of a manifest error — including an obvious pricing error, a system fault, or incorrect market configuration — nn99 reserves the right to void the affected bets and restore account balances to their pre-error state. This right applies regardless of whether the error was in the player's favour or against it.
• Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement (i.e., where a player has used insider information or exploited a data feed delay) will be voided, and the account may be closed.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all slot games are available within the game information panel.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, and account verification level.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nn99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Registering more than one account, or registering under a false identity or using another person's personal information.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the nn99 platform in any way, including automated bet placement, game play, or bonus exploitation.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting requirements, or using the nn99 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker rooms, or any other game format where player interaction can affect outcomes.
• Placing bets with the intent to manipulate a sporting event, or placing bets on behalf of an individual with insider knowledge of a sporting event's outcome.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing nn99 staff or other platform users via live chat, email, or any other channel.
• Attempting to access the accounts of other players or any part of the nn99 system without authorisation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content available on the nn99 platform — including but not limited to the nn99 brand name, logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, data, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of nn99 or its licensed third-party suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nn99 platform strictly for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any nn99 content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used on the nn99 platform.
• Use the nn99 brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without explicit authorisation.
• Scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the nn99 website or platform.

Any unauthorised use of nn99 intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nn99, its officers, directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the nn99 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from a forgotten password, unauthorised account access, or failure to maintain account security on your part.
• Interruptions to platform availability caused by scheduled maintenance, technical faults, third-party service failures, or events beyond nn99's reasonable control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from reliance on any odds, statistics, or information displayed on the platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate.
• Tax liabilities arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for determining and discharging any tax obligations applicable to their gambling winnings under their local laws.

nn99's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Responsible Gaming

nn99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We recognise that gambling carries risk and that some individuals may develop problematic gambling behaviours. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately and may only be reduced, not increased, within a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration limits. nn99 will display a notification when the session limit is reached and can auto-logout the player if instructed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusions take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Permanent exclusions are irreversible.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications displaying their net session win/loss figures and time spent on the platform.

nn99 strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement. 12. Account Suspension and Termination

nn99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as defined in Section 8.
• A valid self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure.

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than prohibited conduct or fraud, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via the registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to standard verification. Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

13. Amendments to These Terms

nn99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, nn99 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account, via an in-platform notification, or by posting a prominent notice on the nn99.games website at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the nn99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes. Closing your account after the effective date of amended Terms will be treated as acceptance of those Terms for the period during which you continued to use the platform.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which nn99 holds its international gaming license. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the nn99 platform, or any transaction conducted on it shall first be submitted to nn99's internal dispute resolution process.

To raise a formal dispute, players must contact nn99 support in writing at [email protected], providing full details of the disputed event, including the date, time, game or market reference, amount involved, and a description of the issue. nn99 will acknowledge receipt of a formal dispute within 48 hours and aim to provide a full written response within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through nn99's internal process, players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under which nn99 holds its gaming license. The decision of the relevant regulatory body shall be final and binding on both parties.

These Terms do not affect any mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence.
